Ethical Stone

We only use ethically sourced gemstones, including emeralds from Brazil, sapphires from Montana or Australia, Anthill garnets, as well as Canadian or lab-grown diamonds. All our stones are graded into categories 1 to 3 according to Columbia Gem House protocols, ensuring their traceability. Our gold jewelry is made with solid gold, known as one of the most durable precious metals. For our engagement rings, we exclusively use certified Fairmined gold, sourced from South America, adhering to high standards in environmental ethics, human rights, international labor regulations, and fair trade.

Exchanges & Returns

You can easily return your MYEL jewelry by mail or at our Montreal store. You have 30 days from the date of receiving the package to return it for an exchange (store credit, another MYEL item) or a refund. Only items in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the invoice will be accepted. Please note that transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses.

Shipping

Our local and sustainable production practices require us to maintain a limited inventory. Therefore, your jewelry may not be immediately available. If this is the case, our team will notify you, and your jewelry will be ready within 3 to 4 weeks after placing your order. For our engagement rings, our production lead times are 4 weeks for regular models. For custom rings, it is 4 to 6 weeks once the new design has been approved.

Delivery times for in-stock products:
- Quebec: 2-4 business days
- Canada and United States: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-15 business days
