Returns, Shipping & Pricing

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days after receipt to ask for a refund. Your refund will be credited by the same means of payment as when you made the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account because of different delays of treatment from various financial institutions. Online orders can be returned to the store for a store credit in the form of a gift card OR exchanged for another size/item OR refunded.

You have 30 days after receipt to return a package.

Transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses.

Any returns must include the original invoice.

Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition (unworn & undamaged) and in their original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items and resized rings are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you want to cancel an order you have not received yet, please email us at info@myeldesign.com, with the subject of your email as CANCEL with your order number.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped the next day, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Exceptionally, an order may take 48 hours before it can be shipped; in such a case, our shipping confirmation email will also take 48 hours. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.

Our customer service do its best to deliver your order as soon as possible. See delivery time for in-stock products below:

Quebec : 2-4 business days

Rest of Canada and USA : 5-7 business days

Rest of the world : 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are informative only and may be extended for some products that are not available immediately (especially for rings or personalized jewelry with birthstone or engraving) or during sales or the holiday season. If so, you will be contacted by our customer service.

The product you ordered may happen to be out of stock, thus preventing us from shipping it to you in the prescribed delay. In that case, our Customer Service will follow up on your order and keep you informed on the shipping schedule via email.

The shipping charge is a fixed set price and not determined by the weight of your package. The shipping is FREE for all orders over Canada. For the rest of the world where we offer shipping, charges are defined by our shipping partners.

Promotional offers can not be applied to purchases made before or after promotional offers.

Jewelry or other items cannot be pre-ordered before a promotional offer.

We reserve the right, at any time, to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when and what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our 207 Ouest selection, you have up to 30 days from receipt of your product to make a return or exchange. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to different processing times at different financial institutions. Online orders can be returned to the store for a gift card credit OR exchanged for another size or product OR refunded.

Books, vases and candy boxes are not eligible for delivery. Please select the in-store collection option at checkout or contact our customer service department.

Returns will only be accepted for items in their original packaging. Books must be returned in their original plastic packaging and eyeglasses must be returned with their case.

For reasons of hygiene, swimwear is on final sale. Returns will not be accepted.

Except for the above-mentioned exceptions for 207 West items, our conditions of return, delivery and price remain the same.
