Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds are eligible, but you may return any item for store credit and/or return for other MYEL item(s); either purchased online and in store. Only UNWORN items will be accepted for return or exchange, and we will issue a store credit (refer to section "STORE CREDIT").

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
We accept returns & exchanges for unworn goods in their original condition within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment and/or date of the purchase in store.
Store credits are in the form of a virtual gift card (good online or in-store)
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order you must (1) email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. (2) Indicate clearly in the subject line: CANCEL ORDER. We try to ship very quickly!
How do I initiate an exchange or return?
Please email us for all returns and exchanges to receive our authorization, with the subject of your e-mail as RETURN & EXCHANGE with your order number.
At MYEL boutique Web order returns can be brought to the store for a physical Gift Card (refer to "STORE CREDIT" section) OR exchanged for another size/item. The store will not authorize refunds. If you want to exchange/return items back to the store. The items must be UNWORN, with original order confirmation.
At Myeldesign.com If you are interested in returning an item, please return the original item purchased with its original packaging [e.g jewelry pouch, box] by mail, and you will be issued a virtual Gift Card (refer to "STORE CREDIT" section). You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you.
*We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
How do I return a package?
- Transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses.
- Any returns must include the original invoice.
- Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition (unworn & undamaged) and original packaging.

Canadian Orders: Free shipping
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped the next day, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Exceptionally, an order may take 48 hours before it can be shipped; in such a case, our shipping confirmation e-mail will also take 48 hours. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.
Out of Stock Products
The product you ordered may happen to be out of stock, thus preventing us from shipping it to you in the prescribed delay. In that case, our Customer Service will follow up on your order and keep you informed on the shipping schedule via e-mail.
The shipping charge is a fixed set price and not determined by the weight of your package. The shipping is FREE for a package sent within Canada. For United States, the shipping charge is 25.00 CAN$. Please note that we ship in Canada and the United States only.
Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when and what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
